Goodlife Physical Medicine is an integrated physical medicine clinic encompassing the services of our medical staff including Physician's Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Physical Therapists, Chiropractors and Certified Massage Therapists. We are a patient centered, integrated medical practice that values 5-star customer service. We offer 4 state of the art clinics located in Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Torrance and Seal Beach. Goodlife Physical Medicine is looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist to help assist our team and patients in our Redondo Beach location.
Goodlife Core Responsibilities
- Teach patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniques
- Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop a treatment plan
- Evaluate mobility, strength and current level of patient function, while setting goals to improve in these areas that are scaled to patient abilities and realistically attainable
- Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations according to Goodlife standards of practice as well as state standards
- Maintain patient records and keep track of goals and progress
- Document patient care services by charting in our EMR
- Educate patients and their families about the recovery process along with possible challenges.
- Instruct patients in proper in-home exercises and therapies
Job Type: Temporary to Hire
Requirements: Licensed and able to commute to our location.
