Your Impact
As a clinician at Myo, your role is to deliver high-quality, personalized care that helps clients do what they love—longer. You’ll combine your expertise with Myo’s #futureproof approach to create action plans, inspire confidence, and build lasting client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver individualized, high-quality care to every client
- Use your clinical reasoning and judgment to develop action plans that support long-term movement health
- Build and maintain a strong caseload by engaging with local referral sources
- Participate in structured mentorship, ongoing clinical workshops, and professional development programs
- Partner with your Clinic Director, Lead Clinician, and Regional Director of Clinical Development to grow as a clinician and leader
Working at Myo
- 1:1 client care with an average caseload of fewer than 8 clients per day
- A structured 90-day onboarding plan designed to set you up for success
- At least two in-clinic mentors dedicated to your growth

Requirements
About You
- Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college
- Hold appropriate liability insurance
- Client-first mindset, demonstrated by cross-referrals, proactive follow-ups, and schedule flexibility
- Growth-oriented, eager to learn from mentors and peers
- Thrive on giving and receiving feedback to elevate client care
- A team player who contributes to clinic culture, mentorship, and events
- Strong communicator with a passion for creating exceptional client experiences
