East County – College Area, La Mesa, Spring Valley, El Cajon, Lemon Grove, Santee, Blossom Valley, Lakeside, Rancho San Diego.
South County – Chula Vista, Otay, San Ysidro, Eastlake, Bonita, Imperial Beach, Coronado, Paradise Hills, National City.
Coastal & Central – La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Clairemont, University City, Del Mar, Point Loma, Downtown, Coronado.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy in patients’ homes and community settings.
- Customize treatment plans to each patient’s goals.
- Build lasting patient relationships while maintaining autonomy in clinical decisions.
- Collaborate with our Clinical Success Managers for support, mentorship, and growth.

Requirements
What You'll Need:
- Active California PT license.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- Comfort working with a geriatric population.
- Graduation from an APTA-accredited physical therapy program.
